Can I manage clients who didn't come from ProductionBook?
Yes. Hitbook is a management system for all your clients - including ones from Instagram, word of mouth or other indexes. Hitbook = your system. ProductionBook = an additional lead channel.
How much does it cost?
Free profile for life with basic features. Pro at 59.99 ILS/month for advanced, unlimited features. Platform fee: $30 per event (or $300 per venue event) - only on a digital signature inside the system.
Does the couple see my internal costs?
No. Clear separation: the couple in ProductionBook sees proposals, contract, menu / playlist - what is relevant to them. You see costs, margins, staff and internal notes in Hitbook.
If I leave Hitbook, what happens to my data?
Your data, you can export at any stage (CSV, PDF). Service agreement guarantees access even after cancellation. No lock-in.
