How the sync actually works

A client who books a vendor on ProductionBook does not stay at "lead in a spreadsheet" stage. Here are the steps:

  1. 01
The couple books a vendor in ProductionBook
Picks a vendor from the matching results (not sponsored), approves budget and preferences, and closes the connection.
  2. 02
The vendor gets an organized project in Hitbook
Not a blind lead. A project with budget, style, date, guest count and preferences. They can send a quote in a few clicks.
  3. 03
    Quote → contract → payments → ops
Every step is saved on both sides: the couple sees it in ProductionBook, the vendor in Hitbook. Same data - two angles.
  4. 04
    Event day - everything synced
Timeline, playlists, BEO, staff, approvals - everyone sees the same schedule, each from their own angle.

Why this connection matters

For the couple

Don't book a vendor who runs on WhatsApp + Excel - book one whose management system connects directly to your project. Approvals, contracts, payments and schedule - same data on both sides.

For the vendor

Not a blind lead from a contact form. An organized project with data, budget and preferences. Saves hours of coordination - closes more.

For the venue

Couples arriving with a clear budget, defined style and guest count. Leads → tours → proposals → contracts → menu → tasting → BEO - same system.

For the DJ

A real Music Brief instead of dozens of WhatsApp messages. Playlists by event stage, Must Play, Do Not Play, final approval before the event, and an event-day screen.

The company behind the products

ProductionBook and Hitbook are products of Hitbook Inc. - the technology company building one platform for planning, booking, managing and operating events.

Every vendor on ProductionBook is an active user of Hitbook Studio (app.hitbook.io). Every client who books a vendor via ProductionBook (productionbook.io) instantly starts an organized project with a quote, digital contract, tasks, payments and ops inside the same shared backend.

Same backend. Same data. Two ends of the same process.
