Playlists by event stage

Chuppah, bride/groom entrance, first dance, glass-break, dance floor. Every stage gets its own list, with versions and duration.

Must Play / Do Not Play

The couple checks songs from your catalog, adds tracks from YouTube/Spotify/Apple Music, and tags each: must, maybe, never. You give the final approval.

Music DNA of the couple

Preferred styles, tempo, influences, age range of the crowd, cultural sensitivities. A musical profile that guides you live during the event.

Guest requests

A link to share in the invite - guests can suggest songs. You review requests, approve what to play, filter what not to.

Gear & technical

PA, lighting, microphones, projectors. Log gear you bring, coordinate with the venue, run a check before leaving.

Wedding Day DJ Mode

Tablet/phone screen for the day: live timeline, organized playlists, MC cues, personal notes, chat with the venue.

How is Hitbook DJ Workspace different from Excel / Trello / WhatsApp?

Hitbook is not just a song list - it is a full workflow: clients, proposals, contracts, music lists, gear, event day, payments. The couple works on the same data in ProductionBook. Excel does not connect to your couple's tab.

What if the couple does not know how to choose songs?

There is an "I trust the DJ - you decide" button. Their Music DNA, budget, style and preferences are kept - and you choose. No pressure, no chasing.

Can songs from YouTube/Spotify be added?

Yes. The couple pastes a link (YouTube / Spotify / Apple Music), adds a note - "start from 1:12", "dance floor only", "for the chuppah if possible" - and you see it all organized in the event playlist.

Is there a final approval before the event?

Yes. A Final Approval step opens about a week before the event. The couple approves the final list with a digital signature, and it is locked. If they want to change anything - you get a push.

How much does it cost a DJ?

Free signup with a basic profile. Pro at 59.99 ILS/month unlocks unlimited playlists, advanced contracts and analytics. Platform fee ($30 per event) only on digital signatures inside the system.

My catalog is huge. Can I import it?

Yes. CSV import of your library, or Spotify/Apple Music API connection on Pro. Auto-tagging by style, BPM, energy.
